Eligibility for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • ✅ Product received is damaged

  • ✅ Product is missing from the package

🚫 Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color/design mismatch due to screen differences

  • Minor scratches or wear after use

  • Improper handling by the customer


Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • 📹 A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory to request a return or replacement.

  • The video must:

    • Start before opening the package

    • Clearly show the shipping label

    • Show the entire unboxing process without cuts

  • No unboxing video = No return or refund


Return Request Timeline

  • ⏰ You must raise a return/replacement request within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


Condition of Product

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • With all original packaging and accessories


Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved:

    • Replacement will be shipped or

    • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • 💰 Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • All return and refund approvals are subject to verification.

  • Our team reserves the final right to approve or reject any request.
